Technicians/Assistants

Debbie is our “milestone” employee. She has been with WCAC for over 22 years! She became a Licensed Veterinary Technician in 1996 from Cedar Valley and has been with us ever since. Throughout the years, Debbie has developed a large passion for Canine Behavior. She is our in-house specialist for behavior guidance ranging from new puppy arrivals to house-hold issues with an older dog. Debbie lives here in Mansfield, TX with her husband Brian and son Brandon. Her 4-legged family consists of two chihuahua’s named Joey and Adi, a border collie named Paisley, and two feline friends, Jack and Rambo. In her free time, Debbie loves spending time with her family and friends and will always capture the moments with her camera.

 

 

Lisa joined WCAC in 2007 and has also worked her way up the ladder. She came as an Animal Caretaker and during her time, she has mastered the role of Veterinary Assistant. Although she can help anywhere in the clinic as needed, her passion is assisting the Veterinarian and making sure the patient is properly cared for. Lisa will care for each and every patient as if they are her own. Originally from Perryton, TX, Lisa now lives here in Mansfield, TX with her shihtzu mix, Stink-ums. Stink-ums wins everyone’s heart over and has a dress for every occasion. When free time allows, Lisa likes to travel to Lubbock, TX to see family and friends.

 

 

 

 

Micah is our most recent Licensed Veterinary Technician, graduating from Cedar Valley in 2018. She started here at WCAC in 2016 as a Veterinary Assistant and is working on becoming one of our surgery technicians. Micah is currently enrolled at Dallas Baptist University to achieve her Bachelors in Mathematics. Micah resides in Cedar Hill with her two beagles, Jenny and Lily. When she isn’t studying or working, she loves to bake and spend time with family and friends.
